Ранее мы уже рассказывали, что ни одно ПВО в мире не способно сбивать ракеты с эффективностью 100%. Причем наиболее сложными целями для систем противовоздушной и противоракетной обороны являются баллистические ракеты. В отличие от крылатых, они не способны менять траекторию и лететь низко над землей, например, вдоль рек, поэтому их траектория легко просчитывается. Однако проблема нейтрализации связана вовсе не с траекторией полета, а высокой скоростью и рядом других особенностей. Дело в том, что после взлета они поднимаются выше плотных слоев атмосферы, фактически, выходят в космос, а затем обрушиваются на цель. Но причина низкой эффективности их поражения не только в этом.

Как летят баллистические ракеты
Ранее мы рассказывали, что баллистическими называются ракеты, которые летят по баллистической траектории (можно представить как параболу). Ее условно поделить на три части: взлет и разгон; полет за пределами плотных слоев атмосферы, где ракета набирает наибольшую скорость; снижение высоты и поражение цели.
Высота, на которую поднимается ракета, может быть разной, но чаще всего она составляет около 100 км. Например, ракеты комплекса “Искандер” поднимаются на высоту 100-150 км. В момент, когда ракета переходит на нисходящую траекторию, то есть снижает высоту перед поражением цели, ее скорость достигает 4,5-5 махов, то есть порядка 4000 км/час.

Почему сложно сбить баллистическую ракету
Скорость ракеты ПВО составляет 3000-4000 км/ч, то есть столько же или даже еще меньше, чем скорость баллистической ракеты. Но причина сложности их уничтожении даже не в этом. Системы ПВО рассчитаны для борьбы с аэродинамическими целями, то есть теми, которые летят горизонтально и используют аэродинамические силы атмосферы для полета.
Это значит, что система противовоздушной обороны может сбить ракету только на последнем этапе, когда она входит в плотные слои атмосферы. Соответственно, время на реагирование при обнаружении цели у системы ПВО остается крайне мало, поэтому она просто не успевают рассчитать траекторию полета и выпустить ракету.
Например, скорость реакции у системы ПВО IRIS-T, о котором мы рассказывали ранее, составляет 10 секунд. Кроме того, ракета еще должна успеть долететь до расчетной точки пересечения траекторий. Поэтому, фактически, шанс перехватить баллистическую ракету есть только при условии обнаружения ее пуска, что довольно сложно и не всегда возможно, так как пусковые установки обычно находятся на большом расстоянии, то есть за пределами дальности действия радара.

Надо сказать, что некоторые баллистические ракеты не просто сложно сбить, но еще и сложно обнаружить даже при подлете к цели. Например, иранская двухступенчатая ракета Zolfaghar сбрасывают первую массивную ступень на большой высоте до обнаружения радаром. Конусная же головная часть плохо видна РЛС. При этом, благодаря отсутствию первой ступени (хвостовика), она летит быстрее одноступенчатых баллистических ракет.

Еще одна особенность баллистических ракет заключается в том, что они большие и прочные. Поэтому, чтобы уничтожить цель, противоракета должна точно попасть в нее. Например, если ракета вышеупомянутой ПВО IRIS-T взорвется рядом возле баллистической ракеты, ее заряда скорее всего, будет недостаточно.

Соответственно, нужны более мощные системы ПВО, такие как С-300 или С-400. Однако даже у таких комплексов эффективность поражения цели не высокая. Например, у С-300 вероятность сбития баллистической ракеты типа MGM 53 “Lance”, которая стояла на вооружении в США, составляла 0,5-0,6, то есть 50-65%. Это значит, что для поражения цели должно быть выпущено три ракеты. Для истребителя показатель эффективности С-300 составляет 90%. К слову, это подтверждает факт того, что ПВО и ПРО не способны сбивать цели со 100-процентной эффективностью.
Для других систем ПВО и ракет данных нет, но скорее всего они отличаются незначительно. Считается, что более эффективно сбивать баллистические ракеты способны современные системы ПРО — по некоторым данным показатель эффективности может достигать 80%. Однако точной информации нет.
