Известный во всем мире русский поэт и драматург Александр Сергеевич Пушкин умер 10 февраля 1837 года в Санкт-Петербурге. Причиной его смерти стало серьезное ранение, которое было получено во время дуэли на пистолетах с французским офицером Жоржем Дантесом. Причиной их конфликта стали оскорбительные слова в адрес поэта, а также слухи о романе между Дантесом и его женой. Согласно показаниям секундантов, роковая дуэль прошла 8 февраля после 16:30 вечера — для этого было выбрано безлюдное место, а погода была очень снежной. Вылетевшая из пистолета Дантеса пуля раздробила бедренную кость писателя и попала в его брюшную полость. Через два дня Александр Пушкин умер у себя дома из-за воспаления брюшины (перитонита). Некоторые специалисты считают, что поэта можно было спасти, но так ли это на самом деле?

Ранение Пушкина в дуэли
Самая первая ошибка, которая была совершена, это — отсутствие на дуэли того, кто сможет помочь раненному. Секундантом Пушкина на дуэли был его близкий друг, офицер Константин Данзас. Ни ему, ни самому писателю не пришла в голову мысль пригласить врача. Хоть и было ясно, что в результате перестрелки кто-то серьезно пострадает.
Смертельно опасное ранение получил сам Пушкин. Вторая ошибка заключалась в том, что никто не смог сделать ему правильную перевязку, его просто потащили по снегу к саням и повезли по неровной дороге — писатель сразу же начал терять очень много крови. В книге «Избранные очерки истории отечественной хирургии XIX столетия» врач Ш.И. Удерман написал, что поэт мог потерять до 2 литров крови. Речь идет об около 40% крови, которая содержится в организме человека.

После смерти поэта было проведено вскрытие. Оно показало, что кишечник писателя был очень сильно воспален, некоторые места были поражены гангреной — ткани организма начали отмирать из-за отсутствия плохого кровоснабжения и инфекции. В брюшной полости Александра Пушкина было найдено много запекшейся крови.

В конечном итоге получается, что смерть Пушкина в большей степени была связана со множеством совершенных ошибок. Если бы дуэль прошла во времена, когда в мире существовал быстрый транспорт и развитая медицина, великий поэт запросто остался бы жив.
