Jamais vu, как и дежавю, может проявляться по разному. Например, лицо знакового человека может показаться незнакомым. Иногда может произойти потеря в пространстве на местности, которая хорошо знакома, или человек может увидеть хорошо знакомое место “новыми глазами”. В некоторых случаях проявление может быть менее заметным. К примеру, при написании хорошо знакомого слова вы вдруг начинаете задумываться как оно правильно пишется, так как возникают мысли, что вы написали его неправильно.
Это переживание более редкое, чем дежавю, при этом более необычное и тревожное, особенно, когда касается серьезных ситуаций, например, ориентации на местности. У человека в таком случае возникает даже ощущение потери памяти. Например, ученые рассказывают о случае, когда водителю пришлось съехать на обочину, так как в какой-то момент он почувствовал, что не знает как управлять автомобилем. Но, в отличие от потери памяти, которая также может произойти в любой момент, например, в результате купания в холодной воде, жамевю быстро проходит.

В каких ситуациях возникает жамевю
В настоящее время ученым мало что известно о жамевю. Однако уже давно замечено, что это обычно происходит при частом повторении одних и тех же действий. Если вас попросят повторять определенное действие снова и снова, то в какой-то момент вы обнаружите, что оно бессмысленное и запутанное. В недавнем исследовании ученые решили вызвать у людей это чувство в лабораторных условиях.
Если вы просто попросите кого-нибудь повторить что-то снова и снова, он обнаружит, что это становится бессмысленным и запутанным. Этим эффектом и воспользовались исследователи. В эксперименте группа из 94 человек писала одни и те же слова много раз. Причем это были простые слова, такие как “дверь”, “меч” и т.д. Но писать они должны были беспрерывно. Остановиться разрешалось только при появлении странного ощущения, а также боли в руке или появлении чувства скуки.
Жамевю возникает после длительного написания одного и того же слова
В итоге около 70% студентов прекращали писать из-за возникновения странного ощущения, которое можно интерпретировать как жамевю. Причем чаще всего это происходило спустя минуту написания (примерно 33 повтора). Во втором эксперименте люди писали слово “The”, наиболее распространенное в английском языке. В этом случае 55% студентов останавливались из-за жамевю. Многие из студентов описывали свое состояние, как “потеря контроля над руками”. Некоторые говорили, что в какой-то момент им казалось, что они писали слово неправильно или писали вообще не то слово. Об этом исследователи сообщают в журнале Memory.
Надо сказать, что подобное исследование впервые было проведено психологом Маргарет Флой Уошберн еще в 1907 году. Один из ее учеников смотрел на слова в течение трех минут, и в какой-то момент почувствовал, что они для него потеряли смысл и начали казаться странными.

Почему возникает жамевю
Причины возникновения жамевю не такие, как у дежавю. По мнению ученых, жамевю является сигналом для нас, что какие-то действия стали слишком автоматическими, слишком повторяющимися, и поэтому вышли из под контроля. При этом ощущение нереальности является на самом деле проверкой реальности.

По мнению исследователей, жамевю также может быть связано с обсессивно-компульсивным расстройством (ОКР), при котором наблюдается эффект навязчивого взгляда на объекты. Как и в случае с постоянным письмом, при навязчивом взгляде на объекты, реальность также начинает ускользать. Поэтому изучение жамевю, возможно, поможет в понимании и лечении ОКР. Но для этого понадобится провести гораздо больше исследований и в деталях разобрать причину данного явления.
