Работа над квантовыми компьютерами уже ведется давно, и регулярно ученые добиваются в этой отрасли определенных успехов. Одно из самых впечатляющих достижений было сделано под конец когда компания IBM выпустила квантовый компьютер System Two, а также представила 133-кубитный квантовый чип “Heron”.
Экспертов этот чип заинтересовал даже больше, чем 1000-кубитный чип, выпущенный одновременно. Причина в том, что Heron менее шумный, и может стать основой для будущего массового производства чипов.

Разработка человекоподобных роботов-помощников
Нельзя сказать, что 2023 год подарил нам андроидов-помощников, однако сразу несколько крупных компаний добились серьезных успехов в этой области и представили прототипы своих машин. Например, осенью прошедшего года стало известно, что китайская компания Fourier Intelligence работает над роботом GR-1, который будет не только грузчиком, но и сможет стать другом для своего хозяина.
Ранее над созданием аналогичных роботов начала работать компания Tesla и Xiaomi. В 2023 году были представлены опытные образцы, и они оказались весьма впечатляющими. Например, роботы Tesla Optimus собирают на заводах себе подобных. В декабре минувшего года компания Tesla показала, на что способна усовершенствованная версия робота. В ближайшем будущем двуногие роботы должны появиться в свободной продаже.
Это лишь малая часть тех прорывов, которых удалось добиться ученым. Следует также упомянуть достижения в области термоядерной энергетики, протезировании и многом другом.
