Что такое немецкий автобан
Автобаны давно стали одним из символов Германии. Их называют “райским уголком” для любителей быстрой езды, так как на большинстве участков они вообще не имеют ограничений скорости. То есть по ним разрешено ездить хоть со скоростью света. Поэтому есть туристы, которые специально приезжают в Германию, чтобы промчаться с ветерком на своих автомобилях по самым скоростным дорогам в мире.
Только на 30% автобанов стоит ограничение скорости в 130 км/ч. Обычно они действуют на участках, которые проходят через города, а также на эстакадах, в местах ремонта дорог и т.д.

Чем отличаются автобаны от всех остальных дорог мира? Они представляют собой продуманную до мелочей дорожную систему, что обеспечивает высокую безопасность движения. Например, проезжие части в обе стороны разделены между собой металлическими или бетонными заграждениями, что предотвращает возможность выезда на встречную полосу. В каждом направлении автобан имеет как минимум 2-3 полосы, а иногда и больше.
Еще одна особенность автобанов заключается в том, что их не пересекают на одном уровни ни какие другие дороги. Развязка реализована по типу клеверного листа, что также повышает безопасность движения.

Разумеется, важное значение имеет качество полотна. Прежде чем прокладывать автомагистраль, грунт тщательно исследуется и проводятся дренажные работы. На подготовленную основу укладываются несколько несущих слоев толщиной как минимум 0,5 метра. Поверх него укладывается верхний слой толщиной в несколько сантиметров из высококачественных каменистых и горных пород. Поэтому поверхность не разрушается так быстро, как обычный асфальт.

“Слабым звеном” автобанов оказались старые мосты. Как сообщает издание DW, из 40 тысяч мостов на автобанах в Германии, 5000 находятся в очень плохом состоянии, и нуждаются в срочном ремонте. Правда, эта проблема не остается совсем без внимания — мосты регулярно проверяются и им присваивается соответствующая оценка, в зависимости от их состояния.

Иногда мосты проверяются довольно необычным способом. Например, в конце мая на автобанном Мозельтальском мосту высотой 136 метров и длинной в 1 километр припарковались одновременно 24 грузовика. Общая нагрузка на него составила 960 тонн. Таким образом осуществлялась проверка на прочность конструкции, построенной более 50 лет назад. В настоящее время Мозельтальский мост сильно изношен, на нем даже были обнаружены трещины.
Однако некоторые мосты находятся в еще более удручающем состоянии, в результате чего их не только нельзя эксплуатировать, но они не подлежат ремонту. Примером является мост Рахмеде, который находится в земле Северный Рейн-Вестфалия. В 2021 году он был закрыт, а в 2023 году его снесли, чтобы построить новый мост.
