Третий слой кожи, расположенный под дермой — гиподерма. Она содержит жировую ткань, выполняющую сразу несколько функций — изолирует тело, обеспечивает амортизацию внутренних органов и защиту от травм. Кроме того, жировой слой содержит запас энергии для организма в жировых клетках.
Как восстанавливается кожа человека
Проще всего восстанавливается самый верхний слой кожи, то есть дерма. Поэтому после небольших царапин не остается шрамов. Кроме того, если дерма повреждена, например, в результате солнечных ожогов, внешний слой отслаивается, но вместо него появляется новый. При этом более глубокие слои кожи остаются нетронутыми.
Но если травма более серьезная, и затрагивает дерму, включаются более сложные механизмы восстановления кожи, которые состоят из нескольких этапов. В первую очередь на поверхности раны появляется струп, который ее защищает. Затем начинается процесс воспаления, который инициирует заживление, и организм начинает перестраивать ткань внутри раны.

Почему на коже возникают шрамы
Как уже было сказано выше, дерма содержит сеть коллагеновых волокон. Эта сеть тщательно структурирована, и имеет определенный гладкий узор, то есть напоминает ткань. После повреждения кожи, пораненные участки не могут срастаться друг с другом, соответственно, коллагеновая сеть тоже не может восстанавливаться. Поэтому между ними возникает соединительная ткань.
Ученые пока не знают с чем это связано, но как бы там ни было, в ране появляются новые коллагеновые волокна, которые и заполняют образовавшийся пробел между поврежденной кожей. Однако формирование новой ткани происходит бессистемно. Проще говоря, организм буквально сваливает волокна “в беспорядочную кучу”, в результате чего появляется неаккуратная «латка».
Из-за того, что накопление коллагена внутри раны происходит неорганизованно, и возникает рубец. К слову, именно из-за большого количества коллагена рубцовая ткань непохожа на обычную кожу. Она менее эластичная, а еще не имеет волосяных фолликул и потовых желез.

Какие бывают шрамы на теле человека
У людей со светлой кожей шрам вначале имеет розовый или даже красный цвет. Со временем рубцовая ткань начинает светлеть и становится более светлой или, наоборот, более темной, чем окружающая кожа. У людей с темным цветом кожи шрамы выглядят как темные пятна.
При нормальном заживлении раны, организм вовремя прекращает заполнять разрыв ткани коллагеном, в результате чего рубец получается небольшим. Но иногда организм продолжает откладывать коллаген, даже когда это уже не требуется. В результате образуются толстые, выступающие над кожей рубцы, которые называются гипертрофическими. Они бывают красными, розовыми или фиолетовыми.
Чаще всего гипертрофические рубцы возникают у подростков и беременных женщин. Возможно, это связано с гормональными изменениями, в результате чего усиливается воспалительный процесс в организме. Несмотря на то, что такие рубцы грубые и выпирают над кожей, они имеют такой же размер, как и рана на коже.

В некоторых же случаях происходит опухолевидное разрастание соединительной рубцовой ткани. В результаты рубцы по размеру больше раны и выпирают над кожей сильнее, чем гипертрофические рубцы. Такие шрамы называются келоидами. Чаще всего келоидные рубцы возникают у людей с темным цветом кожи. Скорее всего, это связано с генетическими факторами.
Могут ли шрамы исчезнуть
Небольшие рубцы, если они не гипертрофические, и тем более не келоиды, со временем могут «исчезать». Это связано с тем, что беспорядочные коллагеновые волокна внутри ткани начинают выравниваться и разглаживаться. То есть из беспорядочной соединительной ткани возникает структурированная. Обычно для этого требуется более года.

Однако полностью рубец исчезнуть не может, так как беспорядочная соединительная ткань принципиально отличается от нормальной кожи. Решить эту проблему ученые пока не могут. Теоретически кожа человека может заживать без «прокладки» в виде рубцовой ткани. Например, известно, что в течение первых двух триместров беременности плод может полностью регенерировать раненую кожу без соединительной ткани. Однако по какой-то причине мы утрачиваем эту способность. Причем, согласно исследованиям, кожа взрослого человека, пересаженная плоду, все равно рубцуется.
