Например, само слово “Суп” появилось на территории России только при Петре I, который привез это блюдо из Франции.
Однако в России жидкие блюда существовали и до Петра I. Например, был популярен борщ, первые упоминания о котором датированы XVI—XVII веками. Примерно в это же время появилась и уха. Однако еще до борща и ухи популярным блюдом на Руси были щи. Считается, что они появились в тот период, когда крестьяне начали выращивать капусту — в IX-X веке.

Если говорит о более поздних временах, особую популярность первые блюда приобрели в СССР, когда они стали основной полноценных обедов. Именно в это время сложилось мнение, что жидкая пища нужна для здоровья пищеварительной системы. С тех пор сохранилась традиция подавать вначале холодные закуски, затем суп, а после него второе блюдо и десерт.
Можно ли отказаться от супов и других первых блюд
Из всего вышесказанного следует, что традиция есть супы существовала не всегда. Это значит люди как-то обходились без первых блюд. Однако этот факт еще не является прямым доказательством того, что без супов можно обойтись не причинив вреда здоровью. Но что на этот счет говорит наука?

Но ни один компонент первых блюд не способен как-либо воздействовать на эти бактерии. Это значит что супы на самом деле не могут защитить желудок.
Предположение о том, что супы лучше усваиваются из-за того, что состоят из мелких кусочков, абсолютно неверное. В желудке вся пища превращается в химус, то есть приобретает пюреобразную консистенцию. Впитывание же полезных веществ происходит в кишечнике.
От горячей пищи нет никакой пользы
Кроме того, процесс пищеварения не согласуется с идеей о том, что суп лучше согревает, чем твердая пища. Любая еда в желудке нагревается до температуры тела или охлаждается, если изначально она горячая. А если есть слишком горячий суп, это приведет к ожогам пищевода.
При некоторых болезнях пищеварительной системы супы вообще запрещены. Например, при язвенной болезни нельзя есть мясные и рыбные бульоны, а также овощные и грибные отвары. При болезнях печени, желчного пузыря и желчевыводящих путей врачи рекомендуют отказаться от мясных и рыбных бульонов. Супы, в которых присутствует свекла, морковь и картофель, не подходят для диабетиков.
Из всего вышесказанного следует, что есть супы вовсе необязательно, а в некоторых случаях и запрещено. Поэтому если вы откажетесь от жидкой пищи, ничего страшного не произойдет. Важно лишь обеспечить сбалансированное питание, чтобы организм получал все необходимые вещества.
