С момента релиза ChatGPT и других чат-ботов миллионы людей по всему миру стали опасаться за свои рабочие места, полагая, что ИИ могут сделать их безработными. Теперь, когда генеративные ИИ-системы начали работать с нами бок о бок, люди научились видеть в них товарищей
и даже коллег команде. Ежедневное взаимодействие с генеративными помощниками по сути является командной работой, оказывающей как негативное, так и положительное влияние на производительность труда.
Так, работая в команде мы нередко расслабляемся и позволяем коллегам выполнить часть работы за нас. Это поведение встречается постоянно и называется «социальным бездельем». Вот почему ученые из Берлинского технического университета захотели выяснить, действительно ли мы бездельничаем, когда работаем с ИИ-системами и роботами. Тем не менее, существует набирающая популярность тенденция сближать людей и роботов, как физически, так и онлайн.
Взаимодействие человека и машин может побуждать нас выполнять работу на отлично, однако также способно привести к потере мотивации. Дело в том, что такая командная работа делает индивидуальный вклад не таким заметным. Нам было интересно, сможем ли мы также обнаружить такие мотивационные эффекты, когда партнером по команде является робот, – объясняют авторы исследования.
Социальное бездействие
В ходе работы ученые смоделировали задачу по проверке промышленных дефектов: поиск ошибок на печатных платах. В исследовании приняли участие 42 человека, которым были предоставлены изображения печатных плат и поставлена задача выявить в них ошибки. Однако половине участников сказали, что платы, на которые они смотрели, уже были проверены роботом по имени Panda. Затем обеим группам было предложено оценить свои усилия в ходе опроса.
Хотя обе группы потратили на выполнение задания примерно одинаковое количество времени и одинаково оценили свои усилия и производительность, группа Panda допустила больше ошибок и выявила меньше дефектов, чем другая группа. И это несмотря на то, что обе команды заявили, что уделяли заданию одинаковое количество времени и внимания.

Еще один интересный эксперимент провели исследователи из Гарвардского университета и Массачусетского технологического института. В ходе работы первая группа испытуемых работала с помощью искусственного интеллекта, а другая без. Результаты показали, что показатели первой группы превзошли вторую почти по всем показателям эффективности. Тем не менее, группа, работающая с ИИ, чрезмерно полагалась на компьютерные системы.
Более того, тщательный анализ данных выявил кое-что тревожное – хотя ожидалось, что испытуемые будут использовать искусственный интеллект для решения своих задач, ИИ, похоже, выполнял львиную часть работы – большинство испытуемых просто перенаправляли вопросы чат-боту и получали нужные ответы.
