Появляется фаза быстрого сна с яркими сновидениями. При этом оставшийся алкоголь в крови служит возбудителем. Все это приводит к тому, что человек начинает просыпаться.
Как правило, ближе к утру сон нарушают и другие процессы в организме, такие как обезвоживание, которое вызывает сильную жажду. Также возникает похмельный синдром, сопровождающийся часто похмельной тревогой. После употребления красного вина, часто бывает сильная головная боль, о причинах которой мы рассказывали ранее. Многие люди в такой ситуации предпочитают похмелиться. Это действительно поможет заснуть и продолжить беззаботный сон, но усугубит состояние похмелья на утро.
