Диварасиб – новый препарат от рака

В ходе последнего этапа ранних испытаний на людях препарат под названием диварасиб показал обнадеживающие результаты в лечении колоректального рака, превзойдя все существующие альтернативы. В работе, опубликованной в журнале Nature Medicine, исследователи из онкологического центра Питера Маккаллума в Австралии обнаружили, что при сочетании диварасиба с другим препаратом под названием цетуксимаб у 62% пациентов с опухолями, наблюдался положительный результат – то есть их опухоли были либо полностью уничтожены либо значительно уменьшились в размерах.

Предыдущие исследования показали, что даже при применении только одного препарата результат также впечатляющий – диварасиб в 20 раз эффективнее других методов лечения, – отмечает издание NewAtlas.
