Как работает стиральный порошок
Стиральные порошки хорошо удаляют грязь благодаря так называемым поверхностно-активные вещества (ПАВ). Эти же вещества обеспечивают моющими свойствами и обычное мыло. Они уменьшают поверхностное натяжение воды, благодаря чему облегчают ее проникновение в ткань. Кроме того, ПАВ обеспечивают ослабление связи грязи с тканью.
В процессе стирки, вращение барабана стиральной машины создает механическое трение между тканью, водой и моющим раствором, что способствует отделению загрязнений. Но, как уже было сказано выше, для удаления различных загрязнений, необходимы разные химические вещества.

Какой состав у стиральных порошков
Стиральные порошки содержат дополнительные компоненты, которые повышают эффективность поверхностно-активных веществ. Прежде всего к таким компонентам относятся энзимы или ферменты, благодаря чему порошки хорошо справляются с различными пятнами на ткани.
Например, энзимы расщепляют биологические загрязнения, такие как белки (ферменты протеазы), жиры (липазы) и углеводы (амилазы). Перекись водорода или перборат натрия в составе порошка могут разрушать стойкие пятна, окисляя и осветляя их. Полифосфаты и цеолиты связывают ионы кальция и магния в воде, смягчая ее и повышая эффективность ПАВ.
Также порошок содержит щелочные вещества, такие как карбонат натрия, которые помогают разрушить жиры и масла, превращая их в мыла. Последние легко удаляются обычной водой.
