Можно ли увидеть флаг на Луне
Луна находится гораздо ближе к Земле, чем другие космические объекты, например, тот же Марс. Однако расстояние все равно очень большое — свыше 384 тысяч километров. Поэтому ни один телескоп, который находится на Земле, не позволит увидеть луноход или любой другой небольшой объект. Причем это касается даже самых больших исследовательских телескопов, не говоря уже о любительских, возможности которых сильно ограничены.
Диаметр самого маленького объекта на Луне, который можно рассмотреть при помощи самого мощного наземного телескопа, должен составлять примерно полтора километра. Флаг же примерно в тысячу раз меньше, поэтому нет даже малейших шансов рассмотреть его в телескоп.

Что произошло с флагом на Луне
Если предметы, оставленные астронавтами НАСА невозможно увидеть с Земли, это еще не говорит о том, что их невозможно увидеть вовсе. Например, их можно рассмотреть при помощи лунных орбитальных аппаратов, таких как Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO), который вращается вокруг естественного спутника и ведет наблюдения.
Правда, сами объекты, то есть флаги или посадочную ступень, аппарат не позволяет увидеть, но зато он фиксирует тени, которые отбрасывают объекты. На снимках, сделанных LRO в последние годы, можно увидеть флаги, оставленные во время «Аполлонов» 12, 16 и 17.

Многие наверняка задались вопросом, что случилось с остальными флагами, в том числе самым первым, оставленным во время миссии “Аполлоном-11”. Его вряд ли стоит искать, так как еще астронавт Базз Олдрин сообщал, что заметил, как флаг упал во время старта. Орбитальный аппарат LRO тоже не смог его найти.
Что касается флага, оставленного в рамках миссий «Аполлон 14», известно, что он тоже упал и получил серьезные повреждения от выхлопных газов лунного модуля. Вполне возможно, то же самое произошло и с флагом, установленным во время миссии «Аполлон 15». К сожалению, орбитальный аппарат не может предоставить никакой информации о том, в каком состоянии находятся 3 флага, которые продолжают стоять. Узнать об этом мы сможем только когда люди вернутся на Луну.
Человеческие экскременты доставят с Луны на Землю
На Луне астронавты оставили 96 мешков с продуктами своей жизнедеятельности. Судьба их неизвестна, но, как мы понимаем, никуда деться с поверхности Луны они не могли. Поэтому ученые хотят доставить экскременты обратно на Землю и изучить, как на них подействовало пребывание на поверхности спутника. Это будет, пожалуй, одно из самых странных исследований.

Кроме человеческих отходов на Луне есть и всевозможные мелкие предметы, оставленные астронавтами. Например, во время миссии “Аполлон-16”, астронавт Чарльз Дьюк оставил семейную фотографию в рамке. На обратной ее стороне написано: “Это семья астронавта Чарли Дьюка с планеты Земля, который высадился на Луне 20 апреля 1972 года”.
Не сложно догадаться, что за более чем 50 лет воздействия солнечных лучей, эта фотография сильно выцвела. Но, в любом случае, найти подобные “артефакты” астронавтам, которые вновь отправятся на Луну спустя десятки лет с момента последней миссии Аполлон, будет наверняка интересно.

Техника, оставленная американскими астронавтами, как и флаги, продолжает находиться на Луне. Причем ее присутствие уже подтвердили космические агентства разных стран. Например, японское космическое агентство JAXA сообщило, что аппарат “Кагуя” обнаружил следы пребывания на Луне спускаемого аппарата “Аполлон-15”.
