Какие болезни передаются через бактерии
Через плохо вымытую или необработанную должным образом посуду можно заразиться любыми бактериями и вирусами, которые передаются бытовым путем. Причем риск заразиться через посуду гораздо выше, чем просто при контакте с зараженным человеком.
Условно все инфекции можно разделить на несколько типов — бактериальные, вирусные, грибковые и паразитарные. К бактериям, передающимся через посуду, относится хеликобактерная инфекция, которая вызывает заболевания желудка. Также есть риск заразиться такими бактериями, как стафилококк, сальмонелла, листерия, кампилобактер, холера, тиф, газовая гангрена, туберкулез и даже столбняк.
Некоторые инфекции вызывают симптомы, похожие на пищевые отравления. Поэтому инфицирование часто путают с употреблением некачественных продуктов. Примером тому является сальмонеллез. Это опасное заболевание, которое приводит к поражению внутренних органов. К слову, падение империи ацтеков связывают со вспышкой сальмонелеза.

Также серьезные последствия могут вызвать вирусные инфекции, таких как: гепатит-А, герпес, грипп, норовирус и пр. Кроме того, через посуду передаются гельминты, чесотка (подкожный клещ), грибковые инфекции кожи. Разумеется, это лишь малая часть опасных заболеваний, которые угрожают человеку, потребляющему пищу из чужой посуды.
Многие из вышеперечисленных инфекций дают о себе знать не сразу, так как развиваются медленно, например, это относится хеликобактерной инфекции. После заражения человек не испытывает каких-либо серьезных проблем со здоровьем. Однако со временем у него возникает воспаление желудка и даже язва. К тому моменту заразившийся возможно, уже и не вспомнит, что когда-то ел из чужой посуды где-то в гостях или в кафе.
Надо сказать, что хелиобактерная инфекция в мире чрезвычайно распространена. Считается, что около 60% населения уже заражены бактерией Helicobacter. При этом разносчик инфекции часто сам не подозревает о наличии у себя заболевания.

Дезинфицировать посуду в домашних условиях
Заражение инфекцией через посуду может произойти не только в гостях или каком-либо заведении общественного питания, но и дома. К примеру, инфекцию может получить один из членов семьи. Поэтому, чтобы не подвергать всю семью заражению, посуду и кухонные приборы необходимо дезинфицировать.
В первую очередь следует выбирать моющие средства, которые содержат антимикробные добавки. Хотя, это не гарантирует уничтожение всех бактерий. Дополнительно посуду можно обдавать кипятком. Также доступным и экологичным способом дезинфекции посуды является ее обработка нашатырным спиртом. После того, как она будет вымыта, ее можно обтереть влажной тряпкой, смоченной спиртом.
От посуды со сколами и царапинами лучше вообще избавляться, так как шершавые поверхности сложнее очистить. Дальнейшее ее использование такой посуды будет не гигиеничным.
Еще один эффективный способ — замочить посуду на некоторое время в отбеливателе. Сам же отбеливатель легко удаляется обычной проточной водой. Кроме того, вы можете обработать посуду специальными дезинфицирующими средствами, которые продаются в виде гелей и спреев.

Но, имейте в виду, что дезинфицировать необходимо не только саму посуду, но и весь кухонный инвентарь. Например, сотрудники Рочестерского университета рекомендуют также уделить внимание кухонной бытовой технике, разделочным доскам и пр. Также не стоит забывать про мочалки и полотенца, которые вместо очистки посуды могут ее, наоборот, инфицировать. Напомним, что кухонные мочалки считаются одними из самых грязных предметов в доме.
