В начале октября 2023 года стало известно, что российская межконтинентальная крылатая ракета глобальной дальности, известная как “Буревестник”, успешно прошла испытания. Главная ее особенность заключается в наличии ядерной энергетической установки, которая позволяет ей преодолеть практически любое расстояние, прежде чем поразить цель. При этом по габаритам она не превышает или незначительно превышает стратегическую крылатую ракету “воздух-земля” Х-101. Благодаря неограниченной дальности действия, ракета может двигаться к цели по любой траектории и обходить позиции ПВО и ПРО противника.

Разработка ракеты “Буревестник”
Прежде всего отметим, что ракета “Буревестник”, она же 9М730, или SSC-X-9 Skyfall согласно кодовому обозначению НАТО, является новой разработкой, информация о которой засекречена. Поэтому многие подробности о ней неизвестны, а те данные, которые имеются в общем доступе, не являются точными.
История 9М730, фактически, началась в 2001 году, после того, как США заявили о выходе из Договора об ограничении систем противоракетной обороны 1972 года. Именно после этого было принято решение о разработке данного оружия. Правда, некоторые западные эксперты, например британский политолог Марк Галеотти, утверждают, что “Буревестник” является еще советской разработкой, работы над которой в какой-то момент были остановлены.
В сети есть информация о том, что разработкой ракеты занимается екатеринбургское ОКБ “Новатор” совместно с инженерами НИИ экспериментальной физики в Сарове.

Согласно данным ТАСС, ракета обладает дозвуковой скоростью, поэтому ее нельзя сравнивать с такими крылатыми ракетами как «Кинжал». Крейсерская скорость, предположительно, составляет 190-200 метров в секунду, а максимальная не превышает 250-250 метров в секунду. Но, пока это скорее предположения, чем реальные данные.
По оценкам некоторых экспертов, мощность двигателя ракеты составляет приблизительно 766 кВт. Существует предположение, что ракета оснащена прямоточным воздушно-реактивным двигателем. Однако некоторые эксперты утверждают, что на самом деле двигатель турбореактивный. Испытания ядерной установки, используемой в «Буревестнике», завершились еще в 2018 году. Собственно, тогда впервые стало известно о разработке данного оружия.
Одна из особенностей ракеты заключается в том, что она незаметна для радаров. Как сообщается, отследить и перехватить «Буревестник» на высоте до 100 метров практически невозможно. Засечь его представляется возможным со спутника в момент запуска.

«Буревестник» является оружием возмездия
Зачем нужна крылатая ракета с ядерной установкой
“Буревестник” изначально задумывался как “оружие возмездия”. Это значит, что в его задачи не входит нанесение превентивного удара по противнику. Более того, он не предназначен для нанесения первичного ядерного удара в случае начала ядерной войны. Ракета должна нанести удар по противнику уже после того, как отработают межконтинентальные баллистические ракеты.
По этой причине низкая скорость для ракеты не является слишком критичной. По задумке, к моменту ее использования, противник лишится части ПВО и ПРО. А оставшиеся системы ракета сможет обойти благодаря способности маневрировать и преодолевать большие препятствия.
Но зачем вообще применять крылатую ракету после обмена ядерными ударами? Дело в том, что даже после мощных ядерных ударов инфраструктура государства-противника не будет уничтожена полностью. Поэтому оно сможет продолжать вести войну. Поэтому вслед за баллистическими ракетами запускаются ракеты “Буревестник”, задача которых заключается в уничтожении уцелевших командных пунктов, защищенных военных баз, заводов, энергостанций и прочей инфраструктуры.

О том, что ракета «Буревестник» прошла испытания, сообщил президент России Владимир Путин 05 октября 2023 года. Несколькими днями ранее об этом сообщило издание New York Times и даже опубликовало спутниковые снимки и авиационные данные, указывающие на проведение испытаний в Арктике.
