Как спрогнозировать инфаркт
Международная группа ученых поставила перед собой задачу найти молекулы, которые позволяли бы обнаружить риск инфаркта в краткосрочной перспективе — в течение нескольких месяцев или максимум в течение полугода. Дело в том, что предпосылки к инфаркту иногда развиваются очень быстро, буквально за несколько месяцев. Например инфаркт после сильного стресса развивается как раз очень быстро.
Чтобы найти такие факторы риска, ученые проанализировали состав крови более чем у двух тысяч людей из различных европейских стран. Ни у кого из этих людей не было выраженных сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Однако у 420 людей в течение полугода после сдачи крови на анализ случился инфаркт.

Ученые обнаружили в крови факторы риска, которые предупреждают об инфаркте в течение полугода
Спустя полгода авторы исследования сравнивали кровь тех, кто перенес инфаркт, и тех, у кого его не было. В частности, ученые проанализировали 817 белков и более тысячи молекул, участвующих в обмене веществ. В итоге им удалось обнаружить 48 белков и 43 молекулы (метаболита), которые присутствовали только в крови тех людей, у которых случился инфаркт. То есть они указывают на сердечный приступ за полгода до острой стадии. Об этом исследователи сообщают в журнале Nature Cardiovascular Research. Правда, помимо белков и метаболитов для диагностики риска инфаркта еще нужны данные о поле и возрасте человека.
Наиболее явным показателем скорого инфаркта является уровень мозгового натрийуретического пептида. Этот пептид синтезируется клетками предсердий в результате сильного растяжения сердечной мышцы. Поэтому данный фактор не является неожиданным. Что касается остальных факторов, ученым еще предстоит выяснить как и почему они связаны с инфарктом.
