Но, если вы выпиваете двойной эспрессо, по данным Вашингтонского университета, получите от 60 до 100 миллиграммов кофеина. Конечно, речь идет о натуральном заварном кофе. В растворимом же кофе содержание кофеина может сильно отличаться, причем, как правило, в меньшую сторону. Обычно в ложке растворимого кофе содержится всего 27 мг этого вещества.
